Appeal a Decision

Contest an Alcohol or Marijuana Charge

Use this form if you received a letter from the Office of Student Standards and Accountability that says you are required to take the "Under the Influence" or "Marijuana 101" online course, and you would like to contest the charge. Do not use this form if you missed a scheduled hearing or meeting. Instead, complete the "Appeal a Conduct Decision" form below. You must complete the form within 21 days of the date of the letter.

Appeal a Conduct Decision

Use this form if you have already been assigned sanctions by a conduct officer or the University Conduct Board (either in person or via mail) and would like to appeal the decision. You must complete this form within 21 days of the date of the decision.

Appeal an Academic Integrity Finding (plagiarism or other cheating)

Use this form if you would like to appeal a decision made by a faculty member regarding plagiarism or other form of cheating. You must complete this form within 21 days of the date of the decision.
